Lynn Halmrast is the Regional ATOD Prevention Coordinator for West Central Minnesota in Region 3. He is a Certified Prevention Professional and holds other mental health and educational licenses as well, in Minnesota and other states. He is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (retired status) and has worked as a psychologist with grades preschool through senior high, as well as as a college counselor.
