320-564-4911, 800-862-1453Amber Tisue serves as the Regional ATOD Prevention Coordinator for Southwestern Minnesota in Region 5. Amber received her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Justice Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. She previously worked as a Probation Agent for two years with a focus on substance abuse clientele. In 2007, she was part of a team that implemented the Crow Wing County DWI Court Program that started in February of 2008.
