Sara Pundsack is the East Central MN Region 4 Prevention Coordinator. Sara graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Social Work. She is a Certified Prevention Professional (CPP) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Prior to becoming the Regional Prevention Coordinator, Sara worked as the Positive Community Norms Grant Coordinator for Big Lake School District, as well as a Children’s Mental Health Social Worker in the county setting. Sara is passionate about identifying strengths and positive work in communities and using those strengths to address issues of concern. Sara enjoys spending her time with her family, reading mystery thrillers, baking, and spending time at her family cabin, walking in the woods!

Region 4 Host Site

The Region 4 RPC is hosted by Kanabec County Community Health. Kanabec County is a small county consisting of 534 square miles and 16,207 people in east central MN. Kanabec County Community Health’s mission is to promote a healthy and safe community for those who live, work, learn and play here. The agency is dedicated to helping people increase their quality of life in every stage, starting prenatally through the end of one’s life.
